Phil, you will be so greatly missed. I can't even put a date on when I first you knew you. You were working at County Hall and our paths always crossed on nights out, to old haunts such as Placemate 7 and the Swinging Sporran!! Always the life and soul of any night out. I will miss your hilarious and witty comments on social media and remember with great fondness your starring role in all the Christmas parties, or just any party!.
