Phil, you will be so greatly missed. I can't even put a date on when I first you knew you. You were working at County Hall and our paths always crossed on nights out, to old haunts such as Placemate 7 and the Swinging Sporran!! Always the life and soul of any night out. I will miss your hilarious and witty comments on social media and remember with great fondness your starring role in all the Christmas parties, or just any party!. Such a great colleague who will be missed by so many. RIP Phil.

Phil was a larger than life character who although very sadly gone will certainly never be forgotten! I will always remember the laughs and the banter we had in the Office as I'm sure will all who heard it and a tram journey back to Bury with Phil was certainly never dull! The world would be a better place if there were more like Phil and we are all the poorer for his passing. May he rest in peace and rise in glory.

One of the very best always remembered and never forgotten. A great colleague who will be sadly missed for his wicked sense of humour, amazing practical jokes - Adam H stag do still one of my funniest moments and encyclopaedic knowledge of TfGM and chatting all things Man Utd. He’ll be missed
